- A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in.
- The booking is confirmed only after the payment is successfully processed.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if false or incomplete information is provided.

- Payment can be made via credit/debit card, online transfer, or cash at the time of booking or check-in.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize or charge your card prior to arrival.
- In case of non-payment, the hotel has the right to cancel the booking without prior notice.

- In case of no-show or cancellation within the non-refundable period, no refund will be provided.

- The room rate is inclusive of applicable taxes and service charges unless stated otherwise.
- Guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of the room.
- Any damage or loss to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated areas. Violations may result in fines.
