Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the check-in date or in case of a no-show will not be eligible for a refund.
1. Reservation Cancellation Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the cancellation request is confirmed.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- In case of delays beyond the stated period, please contact our support team for assistance.
2. Refund Process
- No refund will be provided for early check-out after the guest has already checked in.
- Charges for the entire stay will be applicable even if the guest decides to leave before the scheduled departure date.

- Changes to booking dates are subject to availability and may result in rate differences.
- Modifications made 7 days or more prior to check-in will not incur any fees.
- Modifications made less than 7 days before the check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, following the cancellation policy.
